The service

Policy Studio ("we", "us") drafts starting policy documents — a privacy policy, terms of service, and refund policy — from facts you supply, from a public web page you point us at, or from the content of your own Ounie brains, and hosts each draft at a URL you control. You ("you", "the customer") pay per document drafted at the rate published on our pricing page.

Not legal advice

This drafts a starting document from your facts. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for a lawyer. Read it, fill the gaps it names, and have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before you publish it. We are not a law firm, no attorney-client relationship is created by using this service, and nothing here is a substitute for advice from a lawyer qualified in your jurisdiction. Every document produced says so. You are solely responsible for reviewing a draft, filling the gaps it names, correcting the assumptions it records, and deciding whether it is fit to publish.

Acceptable use

Draft documents for businesses you are entitled to act for. Do not use the service to produce documents that misrepresent a business's practices, and do not publish a draft as though it described practices the business does not actually follow — a policy is a public statement, and an inaccurate one creates exposure the draft cannot protect you from. You will not attempt to discover endpoints we have not documented or bypass rate limits.

Account and billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 15 credits for a full set of three documents and 6 per single document — reserved when a run starts and settled on the documents that pass validation. A document that fails validation is not billed; a run that produces nothing refunds in full, to the exact credit pools it was drawn from. Reading, exporting and revoking are free. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; your prior documents remain accessible regardless of your credit balance.

The keyless rail

Agents may pay per call in USDC on Base at /api/x402/policies. An on-chain settlement is final and cannot be refunded, so that route verifies payment, does the work, and settles only when there is a complete result to hand back. If fewer documents pass validation than were quoted, nothing settles and you are not charged.

No warranty of accuracy or completeness

Documents are drafted from the material you provide and are drafts for your review, not legal instruments. We do not warrant that any document is complete, current, compliant with any particular law, or fit for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a document satisfies GDPR, CCPA, an app store review, a payment processor, or any other requirement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this service is limited to the credits you spent on the documents in question.

Hosted pages

We host each drafted document at an unlisted, non-indexed URL as a convenience. We may take down a hosted page that we reasonably believe is unlawful or is being used to deceive. You can revoke a page at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
