Pricing

Per draft. Not per month.

Policy Studio draws whole Ounie credits from the shared wallet every app in the fleet uses. One credit is one cent. There is no subscription here, no plan, and no seat.

Best value
The set
15credits · $0.15

Privacy policy, terms of service and refund policy, drafted together from one set of facts and hosted at three URLs.

Cheaper per document than buying one, because the second and third reuse the fact-gathering — including reading your site — that the first paid for.
One document
6credits · $0.06

Just the privacy policy for an app store review, or just the refund policy because the billing model changed.

Two documents cost 12. Three cost 15, not 18.
Unused reserves refund

A run reserves for the documents you asked for and settles for the documents that passed validation. A draft containing a bracketed placeholder is discarded before you see it, and the difference returns to the exact pools it came from — monthly allowance first, then purchased, then earned. If nothing passes, the whole run refunds and you are told why.

Free forever
  • Reading a draft again, forever
  • Exporting the markdown
  • The hosted page, and revoking it
  • Listing your past runs
  • Retrieving context from your Ounie brains
  • Checking your credit balance over MCP
Agents without an account

POST /api/x402/policies takes USDC on Base at 1.2× the credit price — $0.18 for the set, $0.072 for one document. The premium covers what an account would: on the credit rail a thin result refunds, and an on-chain settlement cannot.

The route quotes from your payload, so asking for one document is quoted as one.

This drafts a starting document from your facts. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for a lawyer. Read it, fill the gaps it names, and have a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction review it before you publish it.
